I weigh my potatoes after cooking because they release water and are therefore lighter when cooked but I still weigh my pasta raw, because I think it takes on water as it's cooking.

I've never weighed mine when cooked coz for a start.. If I cooked more than the 5pp I've allowed for them.. i'm gona pick at them at go over...
