Im cooking a curry tonight and using chicken you cook from frozen. how many propoints would an average portion be? and how much is a average portion for dieting! thanks x thought you would be the lady in the know :0)

Hope you don't mind me butting in but a stand chicken fillet, which would be normal size, would be between 100 - 120g.. so 3pp.. But frozen weights would obviously differ.. Not sure what it'd be frozen.. but the pack SHOULD have a "per portion" NV... HTH

When I started WW I thought a "normal" portion was 165g as I'd no clue of weights of a "normal portion" but soon realised a standard chicken fillet is never that much and if you get a "large chicken fillet" its ALLOT of meat.. Far more than is needed to fill a person.. Even one with a big appetite.. Well, that's my opinion anywayDon't mind you butting it at all Frances ;-)
