Realy? I get lost round asda haha. Ive been n then i go pay and dont seem to have much.x

I never get any bargains :( Serena you're the bargain queen!

My brother quite often comes home with good discounted stuff. I never know where to find it usually, or when I do there's naff stuff left.

Although one time in Asda they discounted the huge packs of dog food so we got about three! They were like a quarter of the price.

Maybe I should go on the Dog Food Diet? Just look at it, not eat it and the weight would drop off?!? X

Good Evening Sweeties :)

Wednesday has been a productive day, the fore-mentioned 30DS and Bargains were a great start :) Lunch and Dessert were super yummy, I'd totally recommend Higgidy Quiche to anyone, amazingly indulgent for 6pp for a 1/4, far better than a WW Quiche for 8pp! Raspberry Eton Mess was also excellent!

Poppy then came home and I walked her to her Party where I was a good girl and had my Diet Lemonade and 5p Apple Slices I'd bought earlier! We then walked home and she's tucked up in bed, I've got the dangerous 10pp left, do I go for the Ice-Cream and Curiously Cinnamon tonight as I really can't be bothered to cook lol.

Hopefully I will have earned 5AP by the end of today, 2 via 30DS and 3 via Walking, Whoop Whoop!

Lots of Love Sweeties. X

The only bargain we ever get over here is if the person working on the tills forgets to scan on of your items :(

I definitely prefer working out first thing in the morning.
Gets it out of the way.
I used to go to the gym tues-fri mornings but since I've been working 9-1 on Fridays, I don't get to go before work and then I don't want to go after work so I now go Monday-Thursday mornings instead.

I don't mind if classes are in the evening - I actually prefer evening classes because the morning ones just tire me out, especially as I usually go to the gym beforehand because I feel guilty if I don't.

I walked up (and down) snowdon a few months ago.
I didn't go up a tough route, but I did it and I'm so pleased I've done it.
It's probably one of my greatest achievements.
Got holiday booked in October to climb Scafell Pike which I'm really excited about doing.
But yeah... I walked to the top and was determined to walk back down, mainly because it was gonna cost £17 to go down on the train - a bloody rip off.
I enjoyed the walk down - was just me and my boyfriend (my 3 friends went down on the train) and we just talked the entire way down. Was a really pleasant experience.

I hadn't realised how expensive the train is - ouch! I climbed the easy route of Snowdon twice now but really quite fancy looking into the hard route now as previously was before we started doing lots of walking so think it *might* be manageable now. We are off to lake district too! Although in September. We intend to do the scafell pike horseshow from Borrowdale. If you are there for the week I also recommend Hellvellyn (which I think is about 24 metres lower than Scafel Pike) and Catbells. Think we did a 11 mile walk taking in Hellvellyn and a 10 mile one with Catbells. Much much harder than the 10/11 miles we are used to in the Peak District!

I've actually felt better the earlier I've done it, is it true that your body burns calories for the rest of the day? I'm sure I read that somewhere, hope I didn't imagine it! X

Cardio has a pretty small effect but anything that involves lifting (weights or your own body weights like press-ups) can seriously raise your metabolic rate for up to 48 hours afterwards. Its to do with the micro-tears you create in your muscle fibres and the energy it takes to repair them. Apparently!
Wow what a morning...

So I did 30DS Day 6, had my bath and got ready and then took Poppy to her Dads. I then popped into Morrissons but they didn't have everything I wanted to went to Asda and they were having a HUGE produce sale! Apparently there had been a system error and they needed to get rid of it. Got things like 10 Bananas for 20p, Apples for 5p each, KG of Grapes for 50p, Heads of Broccoli for 10p, Nectarines for 10p! I was in my element as you know much Fruit & Veg me and Poppy eat so it will save us a fortune!

Also got boxes of branded cereal for 50p and cans of Coke Zero Cherry and Pepsi Max Cherry for 10p each!

My friend is coming for lunch and I've cheated and bought a 'Posh' Quiche, it's made by Higgidy and is Spinach, Feta & Roasted Red Pepper Flavour. Serving it with Steamed New Potatoes and Veg. Raspberry Eton Mess for Afters. Total 'Cost' 10pp, Bargain if I do say so myself! X

I stand by my previous assertion that you should be all of our personal shoppers. I never get bargains like that. You clearly have a talent!

Got a Higgidy quiche in the fridge for friday, I've tried their pies in the past but not the quiches so good to know they are nice. Sometimes you really can't beat proper quiche.

Better still you could hire me, I could do your shopping and fly it over for you? I love food shopping, that would be my dream job! X

I really hope you enjoy the Quiche, I bought mine reduced (of course!) so was a double bonus! X

Those of a Neervous Dispostion best look away now...

I just strolled into my Kitchen and thought I would have Peanut Butter on Toast as not had that since starting the plan in May (For those of you don't know I used to buy one jar of Sunpat Smooth every week in my Grocery Shopping and eat the whole jar in one sitting with a spoon, that's 57pp as I found out!). I calculated it to be 1pp per 5g and as I could eat the whole 340g previously I just put it back in the cupboard where it belongs and closed the door, I just didn't know if I could trust myself with only 5 or 10g.

I then made the most amazing toast but it may make some of you heave lol...

2 Slices of Kingsmill (5pp) topped with 2 LC Light Cheese Triangles (1pp), 1 Pickled Egg White (0pp), 6 Slices of Beetroot (0pp) and 10 Slices of Jalapeño (0pp). OMG it was amazing! 6pp well spent!

Lots of Love. X

Ive never had that quich so il keep look out for it. I did try red pepper and chedder crustless quiche and it was gorgeous.x

I'm not keen on Crustless, like my Crust! Keep an eye out in the Reductions for it ;-) x

A whole jar of peanut butter in one go? Wow! I struggle to get through 2 slices of toast with it on. I find it really filling and kind of sticky to eat.

Your sandwich sounds weird :p I'm glad you enjoyed it.
