Go into Food Diaries or Weight Loss Diaries and just create new thread. X

Good Evening Sweeties

Feeling stressed out tonight :-( My microwave has broke and i use it loads :-( it's still turning on, lighting up and spinning but it won't get hot :-( Ive had it a few years but its still annoying!

Also feeling mega hungry :-( Tonight's 9pp Dinner...

Yeah deffo - I think it's prob easier for us veggies sometimes as meat can be high in PPs sometimes and we love our veggies alot xx

Funny you say that - I have IBS and iv not eaten much fruit over the last week - my stomach pains haven't payed a visit atall - hmmmmmm .. Your onto somert there serena - i usually have fruit with every meal too ...... Hmmmmm x

Fruit definitely triggers mine, anything which I eat the skin of, Cherries are THE worst! I'm fine with my Daily Banana as I obviously peel that! X
