Just been to Sainsburys for my Shopping....





Using In-store Offers & Coupons I managed to get all of that for £14.23, would of been about double that at full price! Whoop Whoop!

So on maintenance you only add 3 points? That's only an extra 120 calories! Doesn't sound like enough to maintain your weight. I was hoping I'd get an extra 7 a day I'm interested to see how you get on

Very off seeing a picture of your shopping without it having yellow stickers all over it And is that a pot of betty crocker's icing I see? What have you got planned for that???

You could still get yer 7 day extra.. You start out with adding 3 a day n see if you gain, lose or STS.. If you STS obviously that's what suits you to maintain.. You stick with that.. If you start to lose again, you add another PP and see how you go.. and so on until you find what suits you

Yup.. Our lovely lady hit and passed goal so she is now on maintenance.

I did the Happy Scale Dance on Friday Atomic ;-) Lost 2lbs which took me to Goal plus 1lb! Oh and Betty Crocker is for Poppy's Birthday Cupcakes, I never normally use that but can't face making Buttercream for 48 Cupcakes as well as Buffet Food for 35 Kids plus Adults! I took the Cowards way out lol! X PS-My Curry in the Actifry smells amazing, having an early lunch so I can eat in peace plus I'm starving lol x

The Whole Meal is 6pp! 5pp for the Rice and 1pp for the Balti Paste I used as I was being lazy with Spices! Everything else was 0pp!

No Tiger Bread yet, been too busy playing with the new Gadget!!! Poppy's Birthday is on 9th November and I'm such a perfectionist that everything has to match and follow the theme! Even her outfit! Done the same every birthday, it's normally about 6 weeks in the planning.x

It's just a small Brekkie I have with Cheese Triangle and Jalapeño on. I also have a Banana most days. I take my strongest meds in the morning which make me feel sick but I know I have to eat so I have a couple of small bits.x
