ohh a lie in what's one of those, Amber wakes early every day, mind you I really can't complain as she goes to bed at 7.30 on a school night and 8.00 on the weekend she even asks to go to bed, on another note I am borrowing a friends Actifry on Monday for a few days, you have inspired me, a few tips please, if I get on well with it I am going to put it on my christmas list :0)

Poppy is a really good girl, she sleeps from 630 till normally about 7 but today it was nearly 8, the extra hour made all the difference! Ooooo borrowing an Actifry sounds fab, my biggest tip would be to not use the Green Spoon of Oil, I still use my Frylight and they come out just as nice and tasty

I spray the potatoes, not the machine, I normally do 300g of Raw Potatoes (6pp) with 6 Squirts ish.x
Today is a special Mummy and Poppy Day
I'm totally skint so we had Brekkie at home (Poppy had Pancakes, I had OSS Honey & Vanilla), now we are seeing Cloudy with Chance of Meatballa at the Cinema, £1 each as I booked in advance Poppy has a muffin to eat, I have some Nandos roasted chickpeas. Then we will have lunch, Poppy has a Packed lunch and I'm gonna have £3 subway lunch I think. Then tonight we are making our own Nando's Fakeaway, can't wait! Poppy wanted Cinema and Nando's so this is our cut-price version x

Ah, that is such a lovely day, and I think all the more special for making the Nando's fakeaway together etc. What a precious gift to give to a child - that doing and making things together is as good, if not better, than just popping into Nando's, and that the best days don't always have to involve spending loads of money. Hope you are both having a great day.

Back Home and been catching up on Minimins!
Cinema was FAB, both loved the Film and well worth £1 Each!
We then stopped on our way home, Poppy had her Packed Lunch, I didn't really fancy Subway as I'd had my OSS before I left so I had my Nando's Chickpeas, Banana and some Fresh Fruit.
I then popped into Sainsbury's to get another couple Dolmio Stir-Ins before the Promo ends (currently cheaper than Asda AND Tesco) and picked these up as a change...
1 is 0pp, 4 is 1pp or 7 is 2pp, they handily come in Individual Packs of 6, perfect for taking out and about! I just thought it would make a nice change to White.
Once home I had a couple of Slices of Toast and Lemon Curd, not had it in AGES as I try not to have too much bread, tasted so yummy!
I'm now planning and prepping for Nando's Fakeaway, definitely gonna need Weeklies!

Ha ha ha! Must be Chinese night, Janet asked the same about 5mins ago! Chicken Chow Mein is 12pp approx (Mushroom is 8pp and Special is 15pp and id imagine its in the middle) and Curry sauce is 8pp (Veg Curry is 8pp and all the veg is 0pp). So 20pp Approx

That's for an 'Average Portion' but id day most use the same dishes/tubs? Chinese is excellent value for pp u think! X
