So sorry I havnt been there for you. Sorry to hear you had a tough time of it this week but it's your birthday week and I hope the celebrations outweighed the issues aRound your appointment.
No one is unsubscribing cos you are such an inspiration. And sometimes life gets in the way but you have a long and happy life ahead of you when tHere's gona be weeks with extra meals out and/or out of your control.
But I have no doubt that you'll get back on track and show us all how to Get back on the wagon.

I've only ever seen del monte canned fruit in juice. It's about £1 a tin that's in asda x u can just drain the juice I wouldn't go as far as to wash it x

Just a very quick update,
Today has been MANIC!
I've made 24 Rounds of Sandwiches, 28 Rolls, Crudites, 12 Litres of Squash and sorted all the odds and sods for the Party!
Getting ready to leave now, hoping it all runs smoothly!
Me & Poppy all ready to party....
Will make sure I take some snaps in the Hall so you can see the theme in its entirety
Might not get chance to update later as I think I'm gonna be exhausted, will definitely be back tomorrow!

You've already had lots of very wise words said on the subject of the binge earlier in the week. But you need to be less hard on yourself. You've done brilliantly to get where you are with your weight, especially since you have so much stuff going on in the background.
Hope you enjoy Poppy's party and the meal out on Monday. Having a few days of not being so regimented with counting pps i think might be good for you.
