Ness at the top of a post there's a down arrow in the right corner. Tap that n u get a few options... N there's a box in the left corner, tap the box n a tick will show. Do the same to as many posts as u want to quote. Then when u click the usual button to reply to a post, u will get an option to multi quote... And bobs ur Aunty :)

Bit disappointed if I'm honest.

Yes I know a loss is a loss and its better than a gain or sts.

BUT I worked really hard this week..

26 Dailies every day (with no sneaky cheating!)
8 Weeklies
1 Mile Lesley every day
50 sit ups every day
Plus all my usual Walking!

Sorry to start the day on such a downer :-(

Have you been drinking enough water/fluid??
You've been doing quite a bit of exercise each day and the weather is hot at the moment
And also with all that exercise u didn't eat any AP and only 8 weeklies, didn't u used to eat all your weeklies? Maybe you haven't eaten enough.

1LB is a great loss I know you don't feel like that now but it really is Hun

1LB of body fat!!

I've been drinking 3Litres of water a day plus 1 Daily Cup of Tea so definitely not that.

I've tracked everything I've eaten so know I haven't miscalculated.

Maybe it's the Weeklies? Maybe More would be More for me? And my body has gone into 'Starvation' Mode?

What about If I try to use my Weeklies between today and Sundays days out? X
 
Morming hun fab loss, I remember my first thread was about 1 lb loss second week and your prob very girl that got me over it! Your
2lb off your first goal in 2 weeks! Keep that spirit up, your doing amazing cx

A lb is a good loss hun!

Sorry you are dissapointed, did you only have 8 weeklies altogether? Maybe you could have used more especially if doing more exercise? But isn't that 5lb in 2 weeks? and you did say the second week is a hard one.

2. A football
3. A package of bacon
4. A box of brown sugar
5. Three medium-sized bananas
6. A guinea pig (not everything listed is edible)
7. A salami
8. A shoe

1 lb is great. I think if you start at a huge weight you get massive losses like 3-4lbs in a week. But if you don't have much to lose then 1lb is great. I wouldn't even look for reasons why you only lost 1lb. There probably arn't any, it's a healthy amount to lose.

Think of me....I'm gonna have a STS or gain for another 10/11 weeks. We need to be happy and keep motivated, so don't be disappointed with 1lb

Well done on loss. As other posts state it is a gd loss as U don't have much 2 lose. Think of us that have stones 2 lose & only lose 1 - that's disheartening especially when u have bn really gd!

Try ur weeklies this wk & c wot happens, I no with SW they tell u in the 1st few wks 2 use all ur syns then adjust 2 suit.

Wots 2days plans? X

Morning serena. Well done on your loss, even though you're a tad disappointed.

My leader told me off for not using all my weeklies!! She said you must use them all if you can, she even suggested having 7 extra points a day, so there isn't a sudden whoosh of them being used on one day. So could you try for 34 points a day this week (I have calculated that right for you haven't i).

It also means there's somewhere you could cut back if you ever needed to in future? xx

This is why we doesn't work for me. I think "I was on track on all week. Didn't go over etc etc"
But I'd have eaten goodies n treats with my pp. not healthy option food as the plan us designed for. I know "it's within points" but maybe too many treats on that treat tray??

Well done on the loss, I know you don't feel brilliant about it which I totally understand, but it's in the right direction...and what happened to Serena of old 'More is more' - I would eat all your weeklies next week & see what happens..... Also, you're nearly at your first goal, that's brilliant!! :D
