If You Fail To Prepare, You Prepare to Fail

Oh that does it, I'm def off to Iceland this week. I love me vouchers :D

I often think that about Asda as it does put me off shopping there because I like collecting points in either Sainsbury's or Tesco. I often get £10 off my shopping over a few weeks plus other money off vouchers.

I think I'm gonna give Iceland a go tomorrow, will buy the same as what I put into my virtual baskets this morning, and see how Iceland prices compare. If not much difference I'll revert back to sainsburys for my nectar points ?

u can shop online so compare ur 2 baskets this morning :D

Wow! My Diary sure was buzzing without me!

In answer to the Sausages Question. I do like the a Red Onion & Rosemary Sausages but at 12 for £3 these were better deal as I got 16 for £2!

In answer to the supermarket question, I'm definitely an Iceland/Morrisons Girl, Iceland for Staples and Morrisons for Fresh. I use Tesco/Sainsburys for occasional promotion bits and not forgetting the giant Tesco coupon hauls once a month! Asda is not popular with me as they don't have a loyalty scheme, they don't do coupons and their store here smells like poo (not a joke lol) Aldi again is not a favourite a mine, not because I'm a snob but because I like to compare my prices online and I like to use coupons and you can't do either of those with Aldi!

Oops sorry for the essay, you did ask me about my specialist (and favourite!) subject, supermarkets!

Hope everyone is having a good Monday.

Lots of Love

I'd love to be able to borrow your dresses hon but they wouldn't go near me! No other option but to loose weight and fit into my wardrobe (or at least the clothes in it) again. ;) x

Not as fun as shopping tho ;-) x

Ha ha

The red onion and rosemary sausages are good point wise from what I can work out so you would use more too so even less value lol

The mirror sometimes does £5 off vouchers for Aldi ;)

Rainman knows that the two boxes would still only last 4 meals tho so better off spending £2 ;-) c

Patiently waiting for rainmans food update!!
It's a bit late tonight tut tut!!! Xxx

Good Evening Subscribing Sweeties :)

Week 4 Day 4 is drawing to a close so I'm here to update!

Started the day with the Weekly Morrisons Shop/Walk, posted my purchases earlier so won't bore you again! Spontaneously I went out for the day, did some charity shops (more about that later!) and had lunch at the Hungry Horse! I then picked Popsicle up and cooked dinner and then we had Rainbows together.

Onto the Food...

Breakfast- Muller Vitality Smooth Strawberry (2pp) & Coco Pops Bar (2pp) & Peeled Apple/Peach/Pear/Plum (0pp) & 3 Askeys Wafers (0pp)

Lunch- Lots of Choices @ Hungry Horse but I went with this...

image-2740330713.jpg

Baked Stuffed Mushrooms (5pp) and Side Salad (0pp). This might not look much but it was tasty and perfect as a lunch.

Dinner-

image-2332812597.jpg

111g Iceland Roast Potatoes (4pp), 3 Birds Eye Vegetable Fingers (4pp), 91g Heinz Spaghetti Hoops (1pp) and Stir-Fried Green Pepper (0pp)

I haven't decided on the 8pp TT yet, will be back with that later!

In other news I have two things to say...

Firstly I had a result in the Charity Shop, Joseph Joseph Potato Smasher, RRP £14 for 95p

image-417570341.jpg

Secondly I resisted the Cakeaway Fridge @ Hungry Horse but here it is for you all to see...

That is all!

Hope everyone has had a fab Monday!
