Aw hunny bun! Please don't be so hard on yourself. You're only a mere mortal and we all have good and bad weeks (believe me, when I have a bad week I hoover up everything in my sight. And I mean everything!), so don't feel like you've let us down. None of us are going to be unsubscribing. We don't follow you because you do WW, we follow you because you're fab! You're so supportive and so helpful and you just make everyone feel like they're not on their own in the sometimes scary and frustrating world of dieting.

Massive hugs hun, and please keep coming on here and talking to us. We all missed you a lot over the weekend

Food looks good. Like u & sweet potato I can't stand celery!! Apart from that salad looks lovely & fresh!!!! I still can't find Worcestershire FF - not happy!!!

Glad you're still going to post photos :) I think what you're doing is a fab idea. You've got an idea on weights/portion sizes anyway from counting so you'll still do well. You know this diet inside out so I've no doubt you'll still stick to the general idea and not go off track. So nice to see such an amazing support network on here. Xx
 
Hi sorry haven't been on today nice to see you back hope this new way works out for you, I love simple start I want back to basics with it, didn't have to think about it at all was good. I will often chuck a couple of weeks of it in just up re set things up x
 
So lovely to see you back hunni. None of us will be unsubscribing from your diary. What happened over the weekend does happen to most dieters at some point. Draw a line hunni and do your version of ss like you said and see how you get on. I know myself I get more obsessed with food when pointing and f & h is better for me but I don't have OCD like you so I can't begin to understand but I will be here for you whenever you need me, along with all the other lovely minis here. Good Evening Everyone, I would like to thank the 13 people who have written on my thread since I updated this morning with my current situation. I have sat and read and re-read all your replies and I cannot thank you all enough for the kind words, wisdom and encouragement. Glad 2 c you ate & drank things you enjoyed this weekend. Life is 4 living & you should be kind 2 you. You've been missed & have many online forum friends who really enjoy your posts & sharing your journey. WW would not be the same without you. Take it steady lady :)

Don't beat urself up chic. U had a blip. U were/are going thru health issues at the minute. Ur doing amazing sticking to it all as rigidly as u do xxx
 
Healthy eating rather than rigidly counting points definitely sounds like the right choice at the moment. But none of this silly talk about letting people down. I suspect everyone on here has fallen into a bowl of something at some point or another. Its about getting back on track (whatever track suits best at the time) afterwards.

Sorry to hear things have been difficult, but I think it's great you are trying to find a positive way to move forward. As everyone else has said, you haven't let anyone down, and everyone on here is just trying their best...everyone fails sometimes and you don't have to feel like you have to be perfect at dieting all the time. Looking forward to an update from you soon :) xxx
