Found these in Tesco and they are so handy and yummy! 4pp per pot,I added a tablespoon of jam for an extra pp,fills you up,yum yum!!

You just put them in the microwave,they're in the yogurt isle,can be eaten hot or cold,xxxx

I use the oatso simple instant ones. They are 6pp (at least golden syrup one is) but ind them more convenient as you just fill with hot water
