Tips from me...
To keep me going Iv decided that everyday after I have been 100% that next morning il give myself a squirt of the perfume that hubby bought me before henwent away! So today I snell gorgeous!
I have a lost of why I'm doing it and add points every time I'm having a tough day.
I have a chart that I cross off each day to goal!
I have a book with all my mini goals in, clothes I want to fit into, reasons forbloosong weight, weight loss, bmi goals etc.
There some of the thing that have kept me 100% from day 1!
