So. Admittance time.

I lost 2 stone, I was super proud of myself, and then...

I've been eating rubbish food on and off for 2 weeks as there were birthdays in the office, old friends back in town, parents visiting for the weekend etc, I have put about 5lbs back on and although I'm disappointed with myself I keep saying "I'll start again tomorrow..." and never do!

I am getting home tonight, cooking some good food to bring to work for the rest of the week, hopping on the exercise bike and being a good little slimmer for the rest of the week and weekend. I will be strong! Anyone else have elongated breaks from SW, bad days here and there are normal but I have had about 9 bad days in the last 2 weeks!

yes my elongated break happened over xmas and it took me until july to get back on plan!! hopefully Iam now in the 'zone' and wont be having anymore extended breaks , do it now before those weeks turn into months ;)

Do it now, get back into it before Christmas. When Party season starts, we are all going to be gaining a few pounds, so it's good to get a head start now.

I had a 3 day binge a few weeks ago, put 3.5lb on :( but thats as long as I've gone,

you've done well to admit it, now get back on the old wagon xx
