I'll start tomorrow

Usually I make it until about 5pm...think how great I'm doing then hunger really hits...I set off home a little hungry and by the time I get back I'm starving!! I never learn to have a healthy snack like fruit or veggies before I set off to tide me over. Because of this I arrive home "hangry - hungry and therefore grumpy/irritable/angry" - at this point I usually give in.

I have got this problem I have lunch fine breakfast perfect soon as I get home from work where are those currys I got a sweet fix oops now I haven't got a sweet fix anymore pack of 5 gone
 
and im back after christmas i literally had a month off and gained 1st 5lb im trying to get myself back to plan i bulk cooked but now i decided i think that i might have cooked the wrong things
