Had a really bad day today. Came down with a really awful cold yesterday but was 100% all day (Day 14) of the diet.
However today didn't fancy drinking any of the shakes so cheated and had a sandwich. It really was not as nice as I had imagined and feel awful now. Hope it doesn't put my weight loss down by alot and I get into Ketosis again soon! Does anyone else struggle with following the diet when they are ill? Does it put you back alot?

Dont despair whats been done cannot be undone now. It would have been better if you had cheated with a non carb meal like just chicken steak fish or something but bread is a big no no just something to remember if things get too much in future. But as I said whats done is done so if you can get back onto just your 3 shakes a day ASAP it wont really matter.... Lots of people have slips ups believe me been there before. The last time I done this diet I lost 3 and a half stone in 10 weeks and I slipped up many times to be honest but when I did I would have a steak on its own or chicken so I didnt get out of ketosis.... not to say Id encourage anyone to break it as Im trying really hard not to this time :rolleyes:
Thanks MustLose for your advice, will put my set back behind me and get back on 100% today. Stepped on the scales this morning and have still lost from my last weigh in afew pounds despite my slip up (not as much as I'd have like to lose though).
