I'm back.....again

I have been a member for quite a while but i have not been on the site for nearly 12 months

Much has changed.

I left Lighterlife then Cambridge and started WW online in January 2011.

For the first time in years i have some control over my eating.

I am now 12 st 3lbs (having started WW at 14st 2lbs at the end of January).

Now i know its not super quick weight loss but i have stuck to it, and am loving it.

Its nice to be back, i missed the support
