Im back and needing your helpxx

    Hi all. So Im back after being on the cambridge diet for 3months. Ive lost near 4 stone but now I want to start eating normally esp after hearing a few horror stories from people who have done the diet also.
    So Im back again on weight watchers, trying to learn how to eat again and eat in moderation. The last 2 weeks Ive been bingeing but I think Ive more or less satisfied my urge to eat all the foods Ive missed :sigh: but Im back and Im on 27 points and trying to work out a plan for the next few days. Wish me luck....I need it :eek:

    hey IP I was on WW for the last month or two but the last couple of weeks I just lost control and all my weight came back on me again so Im going to give it another try!

    hey there iam just starting ww ive done ll and lost 9 stone 10lbs did rtm and have gone a bit mad so thought ww might help me control myself any advice gratefulkly recieved
