I'm back and ready to start

#1
So, I have had my daugther and she is almost 4 weeks old now and she is so beautiful and well behaved :):):):)

I started my "diet" properly yesterday along with my husband and when I weighed in I was amazed to see that I weighed over a stone less than when I got pregnant (although I did lose 2.5stones whilst pregnant due to hyperemesis!!!) I obviously put some of that back on but not all of it :D:D:D

My way of going about losing my weight is to eat as healthy as possible with very little junk food. I love veggies, so I have just made up a massive pot of vegetable soup to be frozen in portions and this will be my lunch along with other homemade soups on most days. I have cereal and skimmed milk for breakfast followed by fruit and whatever I fancy for tea as long as it has plenty of veg with it. I'll be snacking on fruit and nuts with the odd treat thrown in when it's needed lol

How is everyone finding their healthy eating plans?? I'm not classing this as a diet as I need to re educate myself regarding my eating and am hoping that once the weight is off I'll have made some good habits and learned how to eat properly for life!!

Congratulations on your new baby girl!

I'm trying to re educate myself regarding food in general, and I'm much more aware of what I'm putting into my body. Lots of healthy foods and water and less of the bad stuff!

Hope your healthy eating goes smoothly and all goes well :)
