im back... finally.

I stopped using this site in January, well I'm back now after gaining all the weight that I lost back.
This time I HAVE to lose the weight and keep it off.
I need to change my life for good this time.
My weight has been causing me some health problems, nothing too serious, but it could start heading that way if I don't get things under control.

So here I go I am starting things today. I am not really sure how I am going to do things, so any advice or recommendations are appreciated. Thanks people. 8o)
