I'm back for a second go!

Was doing really well (lost 2 stone) back in October, went on holiday, came back and just couldn't get back on track. Seemed to have a lot of social do's and was feel pretty miserable. I havent weighed myself yet, will do on the 2nd of January though.

I do feel that this is the best diet for me, if I can keep to my down days :)

Welcome back. we all do it, slip that is, I've done it all my life..LOL, hoping this is the last time! I actually never have a problem with my DD's..its the Up days that cause me problems. I'm either eating too little or I go mad & eat far too much. Still got a whole year to work on getting it right, good luck!!!
