Just typed a MASSIVE reply then lost it!! Bloody computer!!

It was just saying thankyou girlies for all your supprt and kind words, I appreciate them all!

But I don't think I deserve them! I've been TERRIBLE food wise for weeks, slipping bk into old habbits.....not eating all day then bingeing.....snacking.....making bad food choices....comfort eating.....eating everything in sight! I'm not totally disheartened, its just breaking these bad habbits again!

Maybe not enough time to make an impression by Christmas now but I AM hoping to chip away at a stone by then.......

I haven't put ON so obv my exercise regime is doing something! Esp. with the amount I've been eating!

My main two problems are:
*making bad choices
*not writing stuff down

So I'm gonna address these tomorrow. I'm leaving the Xenical there at the moment ........ maybe I'll reassess that in a few weeks time....but for the moment I'm gonna try and make a difference through diet and exercise.

TOMORROW:

*Brekkie - weetabix with skimmed milk. WW yogurt and fruit with green tea.

*Dinner - Sunday Lunch with lean turkey, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, mash and gravy.

*Tea - tuna salad. WW dessert.

If I stick to this I'll be happy! :D

Health wise I just keep getting illness after illness...kidney infections, colds, tummy bugs and now the bloody flu! Me and AB are right stuffed up and grizzly....and as for the lump I havent got round to getting that checked out either. Although I cant seem to find it now?? It was TOTM when I found it but cant seem to find it now....so maybe it was that? But I WILL def get down there soon.

Right gonna post this before I loose it again!!

Hi Yummy Mummy,
It's great to hear from you. Sorry you're having lots of illness. It sounds like you've got enough to be thinking about without worrying too much about what you are eating.
Get well soon and look after yourself x

please make sure you keep checking. and yes your breast will change throughout your cycle...
if you find it again please please i urge you to make an appointment....
sorry its something that is really close to my heart and i cant bare people not doing anything. so forgive me for sounding pushy!.

i do hope you start to pick up soon!!

good luck. and you know we are always here for you...

hellllo yummy!

hope ur mouth is ok! missing you xxxxxxxxx

Hey hey...where are you hun?

Hi girlies!!

I'm back!! and firstly, I want to apologise for not keeping in touch.....my heads been totally in the wrong place diet & health wise so I didn't want to be a bad influence on the rest of you by being all down and depressed and talking about all the chips, chocolate etc I've been eating and the exercise I haven't been doing!!

But now I'm feeling more positive so I've returned!!

Secondly, I want to say CONGRATULATIONS & WELL DONE to all of you who have continued to be your-fabulous-selves/lose weight / stay the same / fight the fight!!

Katie, Ali, Abby and Piink you're looking A.M.A.Z.I.N.G!! and are my inspirations!!

Its not gonna be a massively long post from me, because I'm just getting my head back in a more positive place after weeks of illnesses and bad choices so I'm taking baby steps at the moment!!

I start my new job on Monday (fulltime - eeek!) so it's a time for changes!! and when I've been re-assessing everything, my weight and my health is still the biggest, most important change I want to make to my life!!

I'm going to start writing everything down again, whether its on here or in my food diary - might not have a lot of time to log on with my new job, but I'm going to make sure I log on every Sunday and Wednesday at least!

I've had to change my exercise regime because of ripping all the tendons in my foot on a boozy night out! and now I've got this new job I cant go to the gym every evening or I won't be seeing Annabelle, so I've spoken to my personal trainer and we're going to aim for 3 sessions a week realistically, so to fit it in and see Annabelle my gym/swimming sessions are going to be on a Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.

Food wise I'm going to start counting calories and fat - make sure I drink lots of water and green tea, eat lots of veg, fruit and salad and then re-introduce Xenical again after Christmas!

So far today I've had 2 pieces of toast and a cup of tea.

Good news though, I've stayed the same weight, so not undone any hard work, just lost a few weeks!

Right, I'm going to nosey around other people's pages and catch up with everyone!

welcome back hun and well done on the new job! r u still teachin!

its fab that u have sts! well done!

Hi hun,

No its not teaching unfortunately.....but it IS a fab job!

It's as an Education Recruitment Consultant/Manager for a Supply Agency. Which means I'll be responsible for registering supply teachers and placing them in schools. So still "in there" in the Education Field. They currently specialise in the office temp sector but are branching into Education - so I'll be running this department from scratch for them! So a BIG challenge but very exciting!

I start work Monday, and they've just phoned me to invite me to their Works Christmas Party - which is at a posh hotel and spa! It's going to start in the afternoon - a spa day and light champagne lunch - and then continue into an evening party! Which sounds fab - but I'm having panic attacks now - they're going to have to see me in a swimming costume!! I've got to decide whether or not to go now.................

xxxx

Hey hey....welcome back, well done for not throwing in the towel completely. You cant have been THAT bad to have sts!

Congrats on the new job x

congrats on the new job!!!
and im sure you will be fine and manage things once you settle down and work out what you can and cant do!

Hi Yummy, Welcome back, we've missed you.

Congrats on the job it sounds fantastic. I think you should go to the party - they must really like you to invite you before you've even started work so go for it.

You can always wear a robe over your cossie I'm sure you're not the only one who will be worrying about that.

Good Luck. x

hey babes. it's good to see you again :)

and it sounds like you've been doing ok if you haven't gained :)

i would go for it with the works do. everyone feels self conscious in a swimming cossie, regardless of size. i think you'll really enjoy it :)

Hi Guys & Girlies!!

:new_year: Here's to 2010 being the best year yet!

As you can see, I'm back!! And I've updated my stats to show a mahoosive Christmas and New Year weight gain! :booboo:

But I'm feeling positive.....it's a new year and a new start and I now have 12 glorious months to try and kick this food addiction for good! :17729:

I am now officially fed up of the sight, taste and smell of fat, greasy foods and chocolate and am ready for a full on
Health Spurt!

I have also updated my targets to reflect this gain....but also to reflect my more realisitic approach to losing weight!

The OH bought me new trainers, jogging bottoms and 10 sessions with a personal trainer for Christmas (so he was obviously trying to tell me something! lol!) :character00116: :whacky068:

So 2010 is going to be MY year!!

I am planning on loosing a more realistic 2lbs a week from now on....until all the weight is gone! That's 4stone by July 19th when I'm meant to be going on holidays to Greece!

I'm not going to dwell on what I failed at last year - I'm going to concentrate on the positives of 2009 to take me forward to 2010!

Firstly, 2009 brought me a gorgeous likkle baby girl - my princess Annabelle Eve, and my weight battle and health regime is going to be for her! By December 2010 I am going to be a yummy mummy for her!

I have a number of New Years Resolutions this year, some are food/weight related and some are just life related!

1) To lose weight and feel HEALTHIER

2) To have lots of photos taken with Annabelle regardless of my size!

3) To do lots of healthy, fun things with Annabelle, including swimming, going for walks, bike riding, playing on the beach....

4) To go to the gym AT LEAST 3 times a week and to continue changing my workout to stay motivated :character00115: :whacky068:

5)To celebrate my successes!

6) To spend more time with friends and family - and capture the moments with photos

7) To excel in my new job and be at the top of my game by December 2010

8) To do the Breast Cancer Walk for Life 2010 (I've been saying I'm going to do it for years and this year I actually AM!)

9) To spend New Years 2010 on the beach in a swimming costume with no cover up/wrap needed/wanted!

10) To work on getting my confidence and self esteem back - regardless of my size! I am going to do this by eating healthily, exercising, not weighing often and spending time with my girlies - getting dressed up nice!

My plan to the New Me, will be:

I have decided to celebrate my successes and give myself a pat on the back at the end of every week!

I am going to weigh at the start of my new diet - Jan 4th - and take a new photo and new measurements. I am then going to weigh at the end of Feb! So no weighing for nearly 2 months! :D

I am going to take a new photograph of me in my swimming costume every month  and keep them in a progress book along with printouts of my weight (when I DO weigh)....

I'm going to start writing everything down again, whether its on here or in my food diary - might not have a lot of time to log on with my new job, but I'm going to make sure I log on every Sunday and Wednesday at least!

I'm going to go to the gym regularly, at least three times a week is realistic with my new (full time) job and spending time with AB...so my definate gym days will be Monday, Thursday and Sunday....with possible extra sessions fitted it on Fridays and Saturdays....

Food wise I'm going to start counting calories and fat again - I'm going to make sure I drink lots of water and green tea, eat lots of veg, fruit and salad and slowly re-introduce Xenical!!

Right I'm going to have a nosey around other people's pages now and say hi!

Love you all!

Well done to all the people who have kept it up! You're doing fab!

xxxx

well done on being so positive!!!!!! I admire you for being like that and you seem so determined!!!!

Good luck in getting to your goals!!!!!

Hey Yummy, welcome back it really is good to hear from you.
Good luck with your fresh start I look forward to reading your posts.
Love Shorty x

Thanks for your support girlies - it means a lot.

I've had an OK day - there's been a few Quality Street Chocs and a handful of chips - but otherwise it's been salad and chicken all the way! lol!

I've been back to the gym for the first time in 3 weeks too which was a killer! Got a half hour session with my personal trainer booked for Thurs so thought I'd better get some practice back in by then!

I did my full session so felt amazing after all the slobbing and pigging out I've done for the last month!

Full sesh was - 15mins on the bike to warm up (hill level, cascades levels 2-3) followed by 10mins (random, level 2) on the cross trainer (the killer!) followed by my weights stations (3 sets of 12 reps on each:) arm push out, shoulder pull down, leg extender, bicep curls. Followed by another 10 mins level 3 on the bike and 2 x 200m in my fastest times on the rowing machine. My fastest time WAS up by 5secs but I havent been for 3 weeks so not too bad!

I finished there about 7pm and I still haven't jumped in the bath! So I'd better jump in now!

Diet starts properly tomorrow when I'm back in work.

Plan for tomorrow is:

Brekkie: 2 x weetabix with skimmed milk
grapes
Mullerlight yogurt

Snack: Kellogs Special K bar

Dinner: chicken salad wrap
fruit
yogurt

Tea: chicken and veg

Drinking lots of water and green tea.

Gym for full session after work!

I'M BACK WITH A VENEGENCE GIRLS!! WOO WOO!

Speak soon, gonna finally jump in the shower now!

xxxx
