Hi all, well i've just ordered my 4 week supply of Exante shakes which should hopefully arrive tomorrow for a Wednesday start 
I started this diet earlier in the year on the working solution as i had just had an operation, - i managed to loose 1.5 stone and felt great so had a little break. i felt alot sexier but most of all i noticed the 'break' from food changed the way that i thought about food.
Im now ready to loose the next and 1.5 stone to bring me into a healthy BMI, i think im going to try the total solution this time! just hope i can stick to it.
Im looking forward to getting my mind back in the right place as i've been really naughty the last couple of weeks which makes me angry at myself.
Anyway here i go! and i hope you guys and gals are all doing really well!
