I'm Back - September was hell!!

At last September has been & gone it has been slightly stressful to say the least.

My father had his cateract done and saw a specialist about his glassopharangiel neuralgia but of course there was a problem with transport and I ended up getting 6 calls from my mother in an hour - my stress levels rose quite considerably.

They are having a new kitchen fitted and have kindly given us their old cooker, table & 3 chairs and a set of 3 wall cupboards and have said my friend can have their old dishwasher - generous I hear you say - but there is a downside - at least once a day i get a call asking when we are going to start picking up the stuff etc - they don't seem to understand that at the moment my life is just a little bit busy and confusing.

I set myself a challenge at beginning of september and that was to get below 17stone - I am pleased to say that I managed that - so last friday (26th Sept) 3 days before my 43rd birthday I was down to 16st 12.5 lb. :blahblah:

Great I hear to cheering HOWEVER since then we have had a Macmillan Coffee morning in group with both good & bad cakes!! Hubby and Ben took me out on Saturday for a Pizza (flexi syns), sunday we sent on a canal boat and had ice cream then I had a large evening meal.
Monday (my actual birthday) very synful but was able to get into size 22 clothes from Matalan :blahblah: .

yesterday - had hair cut (may reduce the weight gain!! :bliss: ) Ate all the bad/high syn goodies that had accumulated around the house including left over Pizza from saturday and chips!!

I must admit that I have felt really lathargic all weekend and really bloated and sick and have had an acidic tummy all weekend :( so I will just keep that in mind from now on - as I don't want to feel like that any more.

So....its back to the being angelic Michelle and sticking to plan and am praying that I can rescue myself before Friday and manage to maintain or at least stay below 17stone.
