Im back to let you know i can really shake em down!!

Hello peeps I'm back to finish my journey I initially lost 7st 11lbs back in 2009 and went from 19st 11 to 12st.

Yesterday I returned at 14st 9lbs so 2st 9 back on in 3years is not too bad particularly as I quit smoking 5months ago.

Any who im getting married in 5weeks so im sole sourcing, I would like to try and get down to 11st. But any weight off before my big day will make me feel better!

I loved coming on the forum way back when it was great motivation so popped in here to see if I remember anyone.

Hi Debra what a great goal to aim for getting married! Im hoping to get some off for my 40th. You did great the first time around. Your start weight is nearly the same as mine. Good luck! x
