Thanks for that. I hope it works this time too. It worked for me before. I feel more human today. I couldnt move for two days, I was so ill. I now have a burning rash over my chest and neck and in the crease of my arm. I wonder if I am allergic to the shakes and thats why I took such a bad reaction to them.

Maybe. Maybe its something different altogether and its just a coincedence? I had a headache yesterday on day 1, and today I have a tiny niggle of one but feel fine.
