Hi guys,

So some of you may remember I had to go into hospital about 5/6 weeks ago and it completely threw me. I was told I couldn't do ANY exercise for 4-6 weeks so I stopped the SW plan, was drinking a LOT of wine and totally comfort eating. Needless to say I ended up gaining 8lbs in about 4/5 weeks :cry:

So I decided last Monday to get back on plan. i lost 2lbs in my first week (am weighing at home to save money on going to group). I was finally able to start exercising on Monday and started with a personal trainer that I am having 3 times a week for an hour a session and am on a mission. I have 12 weeks until I go on a big group holiday and am determind to lose a stone and a half and to tone up.
