Hi All
just been looking through all the threads and you are all doing so well
well done to you all xxx

I have tried numerous times to get back on the lipotrim train but to no avail

I am READY TODAY to take the 1st step i have weighed in at 13st 5lb
i am intending to do LIPOTRIM for the next 5 weeks and refeed on week 6 as i am going to mexico for 3weeks over xmas and new year , i am aiming to loose around 1.5 to 2 stone ???? fingers crossed xxx
