Hey everyone, well i've been away for about 3 weeks now i reckon, left at 92.6kg about 3 weeks ago, weighed in today at 93.0kg, so not too bad, im guessing 4 more weeks to my target, so hopefully ill be done by new years eve.

P.S. good to see everyone is doing mighty well!

thanks everyone, actually i dont think its gonna be hard for me lol, im out all day so dont even have time to think about food! just gotta keep rejecting all the sweets and lunch offers i get!
