So I haven't been here for a while, I relaxed a bit on holiday and then never got back to being healthy. Things are getting out of hand now as my trousers are getting too tight so I'm back on it, more so now as OH and I are trying for a baby.
Today I've had:
Cheerios with natural yoghurt and honey
Banana
Wholewheat pasta with homemade tomato sauce, tuna and sweetcorn
Strawberries and raspberries
Dinner will be lean steak with vegetables
I'm going back to the gym and I'm also going to try and swim 2 mornings a week at the pool near my office.
