I'm back

Hello everyone:D

Well I'm back, sort of!

I haven't followed SW since last summer I think. I tried xenical and then WW, but I was losing 3lbs one week then gaining 5lbs the next, so I gave up. I haven't eaten properly since about May, and to my surprise I've only put on 3lbs since then. But I'm still unhappy, still in size 26-28, still heavier than 20 stone and I want to change that!

Anyway at the weekend I started SW again but in my own special way lol. I can't find my books so I'm just doing what I remember from the Extra Easy plan, and I can't afford to join the class just yet (I have become a poor student!) so I'm just gonna wing it until I find a part time job and can join again. I was hoping you minimins lot could help me :) I hope I've been doing it right. I know I haven't been eating enough fruit but I used to eat so much of it that I think I've scunnered myself:(

Evil penguin do u fancy buddying up? It's nice to see someone on here the same as me maybe we could help each other. I've got about 75 lb to lose and about 18 months to do it in!!!

About 114lbs in total, to get me to my (according to the nhs) non-obese weight of 13st 11lbs. But right now I just want to lose 1lb at a time, 114lbs is just too big a number to deal with!

How are you getting on with SW so far? x
