    Hi Everyone,

    Well I have had a bit of a break. My birthday was the excuse, but it went on for a few weeks too many. Only put three pounds on though, so very pleased.

    Now on day three of my restart, and I'm suffering with headaches, but what do I expect after cheating!!!!
    Cant wait to get back into Ketosis and see the pounds dropping off.

    Just wanted to say hi, and hope everyone is doing well.
