Good to see you!!!! That is an average of 3.6lb...I think that is pretty good and more so the fact that you havent been weighed in 3 weeks! Shows your determination.

I think you should be really proud of yourself...you are in the 13stone bracket now!!!!!! from 15; that is brill! Well done you.

yeah i have another 3 weeks worth :)
i think im gonna try to up my water intake as i have only JUST been managing 2L

maybe my weight loss will be more if i try for around 3L a day? xx

I would...do a little experiment and then see...although they do say the min requirement is 2 ltrs...but from reading here since starting everyone has always banged on about drinking, so I try to have more to be safe.

Hope the next 3 wks go just as well for you...at this rate you will in the 12 stone bracket!

what excersizes can i do to tone my arms and stomache?
im worried that im gonna have loose skin and wobbly bits xx

i was planning to do this for another 6 weeks but i am getting a bit restless. i need to keep going, i seem to have lost my determaination, need to find it again! and fast as i am still around 2 stone from goal! xx

Congrats! On your loss. Well done. Just think were you'll be in 3 weeks. I used the take 2l at the start, but have upped it to 3l now. Good luck

Well Done Tegzy, a good loss. With your determination you can do the 6 weeks, keep coming on here if you have a restless moment. I do it just perks me up again, reading everyone success and how everyone is so supportive. Keep up the good work chick, I feel fuller if I drink more water seems to help me that way. xx

Sorry, late reply.
I was doing the Davina CD, which includes kick boxing, interval training and good old heart racing aerobics...but for the last week not done anything with recovering from op.

I am about to order the vibroplate today, found a company that I can hire at £18.99 but for 4 weeks, so costing around £100 with delivery...which I dont think is too bad. I need to tone up too, esp on my lower stomach. Always, always had a residue of fat there since I was a girl, so time to do something drastic - AGAIN!

I also did around 50 sit ups, which helps!

Maybe just start doing some arm exercises with 1 ltr bottles of water to start. Depends how much time you have.

Let me know how you get on and what you decide! We can encourage each other along!!!

very well done to you on a great weight loss. Great to see you posting again, we have missed you on here. It must be hard weighing only every three weeks, then you probably need something like this site more to keep focussed. Try to get on here even every couple of days and it will help. You have done so well, you know it works and 6 weeks will see such a huge difference in you. You have hue determination in you, look at what you have achieved so far. Best of luck for the coming week.
