Im coming back!!

Hi all

Glad to see you are all still hard at it! But hope you will be pleased to know im coming back!

Been off LT and eating/drinking normally for nearly 7weeks now :break_diet:and put back on 3lbs :sigh: so not too bad really seeing we have had plenty of takeaways/bottles of wine/going to parties recently!! :eat:

However Im determined to drop this stone now (get down to 10st 10) for mid Nov and keep it off over Xmas then will be starting again to shift the final one in Jan! Going the chemist on Sat and gonna start Monday.
SO :sign0009:help me...will need plently of support to get back into the swing of it and will prob be back on moaning Monday night!

Thanks guys! Yes im pretty pleased to only have put 3lbs back on as puting on is expected but at least I have managed to keep the weight under control. But got to get back to it to get ready for Xmas now! Excited about getting back on LT and SSing...im sure it will be hard 1st few days but hey its been done before!!

Good luck with your restart on Monday!

If you begin cutting the carbs out now and slowly increasing your water intake it will make it so much easier to get back into it.

Hi peeps!

Well Ive survived my first day and it was much easier than I thought it would be! Had vanilla for breakfast, strawberry for lunch and tea. The only thing Im finding hard is lunch as cant blend my shakes in work so they taste syrupy and can be a bit lumpy! But I will survive! :rolleyes:

Had just over 3litres of water and still going! Hoping things will be easier again tomorrow!

Anyway good to be back and will keep you all updated.

I got one of the LT Shakers which does work and gets all the lumps out...that might work for you....I also sometimes have a flapjack and a large cuppa which is pretty ok (the flapjacks take a bit of time to get used to) but I really like them now.....

Your chemist would have a plastic shaker with a grid insert to break up the lumps. My chemist threw mine in with my order when I started Lipotrim.

It is also a good work out for the arms:D
