Thats good advice re the massage too...
Could even do it yourself with some warmed up oil and work in a clockwise motion from right to left.

Hope it wasnt to long... I took him across loads of fields to the stream near Hurstpierpoint so he could have a cool off..... I think he was exhausted when we got home but not as exhausted as me!!

Wow thanks Lexi dog that's brill info. I will be re reading it several times cos I wont remember it all and thanks on the massage tip but NO ONE is going near my big fat belly just at the moment 
so I think a bit of DIY may be necessary!
