Hey guys

Ive come to the conclusion that the full Lipotrim program is not for me.

Im going to give myself a fortnight on the maintenence diet, theres no reason why i cnt lose 3-4lbs a week drinking two shakes a day then a healthy meal. Im going to drink nothing but water as well.

I tried and tried but after a really horrible weekend in work i just needed a hot meal. LOL

hey David - have you considered CD ?? there are lots of plans available....I'm sure you would find one to suit you.....:)

don't think of it as 'giving in'.....just moving on to a plan that suits YOU better :):)

sorry.....Cambridge Diet.......it's another vlcd (very low calorie diet) - works the same way as Lipotrim but with more flavours and more flexible plans.....

I agree with Debz....don't think of this as "giving in".....just discovering that one approach isn't suited to you and that there are many more that could be. :D:D:D

I personally think it is very honest and takes a certain amount of courage to know when something is not working for you as if you are feeling deprived and fed up.......it will only work against you.

Keep us all posted on how maintainence goes. :) ....and 50 brownie points for avoiding the ham sandwich monster the other night...;):D

We are all here to support you and cheer you on to your goal.

Sorry to hear that David bit if LT is not for you then there is no point in carrying on when you can try something else to suit you!
