So far so good.
I lost 6lb in my first week which I thought was amazing, doing my second week now and when I weigh in on monday as long as its a loss, no matter how big or small I will be pleased.

Sounds like you had a great birthday ;0)
To get the week 1 week 2 thing and the smileys you need to click on User CP at the top of the page on the left hand side in blue. Then on edit signature, then type and add what you want in the box then save, each time you post it should show it at the bottom.
