Good luck, but in my experience it's better not to put a number on it. I never used to set a mini target each week while losing, because if you don't achieve it you're disappointed.

I like that you can set a target of a maintain or something non weight related because it always feels like I'm just plucking a number out of thin air when I set a target.
I need 2lb tomoro for my 1.5 stone award, I'm not hopeful as I was out drinking on Sunday and now it's star week. Been on plan otherwise. Good luck to you and me!
