Extra Easy Im joining on wednesday but would like to start before then

Hi I would say the best thing to do before then is nip out and buy the SW magazine and it has a 7 day diet plan in it which you could follow for few days before you go.

Me, personally, I would wait until Wednesday to start as they will take your weight on Wednesday as your start weight whereas if you started now you could have already lost a few lbs by the time Wednesday is here!

I just don't want you to possibly be disheartened the next time you weigh and you've only lost a lb when infact you could have lost a lot more... I hope I make sense lol!

I dunno though hun, there's no time like the present and all that though...
 
The magazine's a good place to start (but cheaper when bought at class, so you might want to wait).

You can't go far wrong with lean meat or fish, lots of fruit and veg, and use frylight instead of oil. Herbs and spices are all okay (but curry pastes and sauces - and processed stuff generally - are a bit of a danger zone).

Lots of recipes on here as well, and some of the food diaries that people keep on here can be really useful reading as well.

Totally agree with jodieboo, you could lose weight before wed, why dont you use these few days getting to know your stuff on sw, get loads of sw friendly food in!
