Hi
I'm hoping someone can help me here.. I am wanting to start eating healthily but I don't really know where to start or what I can easily make. I lack movement (mostly on my left side) so am not able to prepare food easily and I don't own a cooker. I'm looking for things I can buy that require little perpetration that are healthy. If it helps, I'm not looking for fancy meals.. Just basics. I'll eat raw veggies etc. I'm not an expert on the 'right' diet either so I'm just looking for guidance. Thanks for any help, Jon.
