Im losing it

Finding this week hard for some reason
I haven't eaten proper breakfast at all so far as don't feel like it Ive bought sandwiches from shop during lunch break but eaten a decent SW meal in evening

I'm so stressed at work and tired, I can't seem to concentrate! I don't want to fail now AGAIN

Stress at work & trying to lose weight but not doing the plan properly are not going to make things any better, you're going to make yourself feel worse.

Take 1/2 out of your evening to sit down & plan the next days meals, starting with breakfast; make your meals simple and comforting.

Is there anyone to help you sort out the stress at work?
