I'm loving week 2!

Usually have my foodpack at 5am then a long wait till my lunch (bar) at 1pm.....

But today I have a little tupperware box of red pepper, cucumber and mangetout with the watercress and fromage frais dip from the receipe book just waiting for me upstairs in my office. I am SOOOOOO excited!!

I'm also having mushroom salad tonight with an egg-white omelette with some Quorn bacon to flavour it.....followed by sugar free jelly with a dollop of Greek Yoghurt!!

How could life POSSIBLY get any better than this????:D

It doesn't get much better than that, LOL.
I have really enjoyed week 2. The jelly was a very welcome addition with greek yog, loverly. Cucumber and pepper was nice to have in the salad and I got one bottle of diet ginger beet which I have had one glass of with my tea every night.
I have my tesco shop coming this morning with all my week 3 stuff in.
Admittedly I did bring forward some fruit for the digestion thing, but that was all, so I am having roast ham on sunday with my salad, which can now contain tomato, and I have some steak which I am going to have with some homemade ketchup.
And lovely fruit with greek yoghurt.
I am in heaven.

Allowed cooking sauces this week too, but couldn't work out what to do with them, I can't cook veg yet and most meat in cooking sauce just doesn't go with salad. Unless anyone has any nice ideas I am just going to wait for those for next week.

I've ordered all my Week 3 stuff for next Thursday (ready to start Friday). Its like Xmas every week at the moment when Santa-Tesco arrives!! I'm REALLY looking forward to my berries in greek yoghurt!! But will be sorry to lose one of my packs.....they've become like friends to me!

mr tesco has just been, I am so looking forward to eating tomatoes, they look lovely, LOL.
I don't think I am going to miss the pack, replacing it with fruit and yoghurt, no competition for me. I am getting rid of the soup and having a muffin for breakfast and a bar for supper.

Yeah - my plan for week three is:

Breakfast = Greek Yoghurt and Berries
Snack = raw veggies and dip
Lunch = 2 foodpacks - hot choc and a bar
Tea = Protein based meal with jelly & greek yog pudding

It says still only one meal for week three - but it DOES say we can have the greek yog/fruit when we want - so surely I'm not going wrong by having it for brekkie.....am I? Does thsi sound about right Alibongo? I;m going to check with my LLC on Tuesday too!

I took it to mean 1 protein based meal per day and the rest of what you are allowed for snacks can be eaten whenever.
I am not a snacker, so instead of having raw veg and dips for snacks I have been having a small salad for lunch but not going over the 225g limit, which, actually is quite a lot.
I can't see there is anything wrong in doing that.
