Im moving to 790

Well Peeps,
I cant handle it any longer, I am fine in the daytime get home and just need to eat something!!

So I have made the decision to move up a plan rather than cheat and eat bad food in secret!!

So any tips on nice food and things wud be great!!

Just hope the losses arent too disappointing!
 
i've switched to 790 now too. I found the week after aam really hard and it made me realise that I needed that evening meal or else i would cheat.

I'll have my first weigh in for 790 next Thursday so cant comment on the comparison of losses at the moment. However, considering I only lost 1lb on SS last week I am sure it will be an improvement!

I actually haven't had chicken yet believe it or not.

I've had cod baked in the oven a couple of nights running because you can have such a large portion! lol I sprinkle loads of dried herbs on it and bake it in tin foil in the oven. I then use some balsamic vinegar on it when i take it out - yum.

I've been sticking to broccoli as my veg coz i love it.

I had cottage cheese with mixed salad leaves tonight (rocket, watercress and spinach)
