Hi.
I'm new to this site and new to slimming world. Could anyone tell me if I can use 2 healthy extras 'A' instead of HEa&b as I drink alot of coffee and would rather use the milk than bread.

No I'm afraid not, you need calcium and fibre in your diet, could you not just syn the extra cups as 1/2 syns - or try drinking every other cup black?

You can have two hexa's & two hexb's on red and green days.

You could always try those for a change.

I do mainly green days and the extra healthy extra's are great!!
I'm afraid you do have to stick to the amount of set healthy extra's for each plan.x
