diary for this week so far, is it ok? Im doing this at home with my mum shes been doing it for years so hopefully shes giving me the right advice.

Day 1- extra easy
Breakfast - 3x Satsuma’s
Lunch – Jacket spud with beans and 1 laughing cow light triangle (1.5),
Dinner – SW chips with beans, 2 eggs, mushrooms and 2 Cumberland quorn Sausages (2
Snacks: Bachelors Tom & basil cuppa soup (5.5), Shape white choc yoghurt (5.5)
HEX A – Semi skimmed milk for coffee

Didn’t know about HEX’s really!!
Day 2 – extra easy
Breakfast - Muller light yoghurt x2, 1 pear and 2 satsumas
Lunch – Jacket spud with beans and 1 laughing cow light triangle (1.5), 1 WW yoghurt & 1x Brown dread (B HEX)
Dinner – Pasta & sauce with 2 quorn burgers (2) and brussel sprouts
Snacks – apple and handful of cherry toms. Skimmed milk as A HEX

Day 3 – extra easy (today
Breakfast – Muller light yoghurt with a pear and Satsuma
Lunch – Pasta and sauce with punit of mushrooms and Muller light yog
Dinner – SW chips, scrambled egg, 2x Cumberland sausages & beans
HEX A – skimmed milk
HEX B not sure yet!

Am I ok to do Extra easy all the time?

had a little look and it looks like your on track.
Day 1

Satsuma = Free
Jacket Spud = Free
Baked Beans = Free
If you use the Laughing Cow Light as a Hex A you can have 5
Could find SW chips but then I'm not sure are you British or American as Chips are different in these countries. Oven chips 100g cooked = 4 syns
eggs = Free
Mushrooms = Free
Quorn Sausage = 1 Syn
Tomato a basil cuppa soup = 5 syns
100ml Skimmed Milk = 1 & 1/2 syns

Day 2

Muller light yogurt are free (this doesn't cover the fruit corners)
Pear = Free
Ww Yogurt = Free (not layered)
1 Brown Bread Hex is correct
You didn't say whether the pasta in sauce was packet mix, but if it wasn't pasta is Free, sauce I can't comment on as you've not mentioned which sauce.
Quorn Burgers = 1/2 syn
Sprouts =Free
Apple = Free
Cherry Tomato = Free

Day 3

Muller light yoghurt with a pear and Satsuma = Free
Pasta and sauce with punit of mushrooms and Muller light yog = Free, But as above is Pasta Packet? Which Sauce ;-)
SW chips, scrambled egg, 2x Cumberland sausages & beans = Chips as above, egg = Free as skimmed milk was Hex.
Cumberland = 5 syns for thick sausage & 1 syn for Reduced fat.

It's fine to do EE all the time hun, stick with whatever version of SW plans suits you best - looks to me like you're sticking to it just fine! You're not overdoing your Syns, you've got your HEXs, only think I would say is to remember 1/3 of your plate should be superfree at mealtimes on EE, not sure from what you've written if you're doing that :) x
