Hi everyone, dont know if im posting on the correct sub forum. I am joining Slimming World tonight but would like to go shopping today, any advice on what to stock up on, and also what gives the best weight loss red or green days
and fat free yoghurt and any other virtually fat free dairy stuff e.g. v low fat cottage cheese. And Quark (in with dairy). And baking potatoes! And Batchlors Pasta n Sauce and Ainsley Harriot cous cous (that's lunch for me anyway!).
