Due to start tomorrow. I did try CD about a year ago but didnt really give it my all! Im going on holidays in 6 weeks so Im hoping to do ss+ for about 4 weeks and then see how I get on.

 

6 weeks until your holiday - you should easily shift 2 stone by then.

Emmas22 is right, you could quite comfortably lose a couple of stones before you go away.

The first week is tough--but actually, not half as tough I was expecting it to be.
