Hi all

I'm new. I am sick to death of feeling sorry for myself. I am starting Tuesday, Why Tuesday? its because my friend has bought me a scales and will be up to me with it on Tuesday :D I just feel hungry all the time lately and I can't seem to say no to food? :wave_cry: It just has to stop now and cop on so I see you are all very supportive in here to each other, please help me. I'll be doing Weight Watcher points again and trying to eat more protein and cut down on carbs xxx

Easier said than done but here we go :eek:
