I'm not losing

S: 15st4lb C: 12st13lb G: 10st0lb BMI: 34.2 Loss: 2st5lb(15.42%)
For the past two months, my weight has fluctuated where I lose weight one week, then put it on the next etc, so u haven't lost for months. I've not changed the diet from week to week nor do I do different exercise, so can anyone give me an explanation? I'm hoping to have a hysterectomy soon due to endometriosis.

Have you been keeping a food diary of what you have eaten and what exercise you have been doing and how long for. If you have then I am sure the consultant can help you figure it out.

Thank you. I have been keeping a food diary and my exercise is dog walking. I have on average 7 syns a day. Should I up them maybe? I still got 4 stones to lose. I lost 2.5 in a year
So you know you can lose it and sometimes it can be harder when you have done it before from what I have been told.

I joined sw 11 weeks ago and I was annoyed that I didn't loose as much as what other people were in my first few weeks and have now lost about a stone but had bad weeks but good weeks too but just move on from the bad weeks but just keep going there is someone in class that has lost 5lb and joined the same time we all loose at different levels just keep in control and try planning your week of meals. Try doing that extra 10 mins of dog walking keep increasing it each week.

Do you feel like you have lost weight I can tell I have with my clothes but scales may say I haven't.

Hi, I would try eating more syns, even just upping it to 10 could make a difference. Also, are you eating a small amount of free food or quite alot? As eating too little can slow down weight loss.
I am with you at the moment, I lose a pound and put on 2, I can't seem to get past a certain weight!
