Yes, I'll have to work out this PMing thing. I would like to make sure we both achieve our goals. I'm 5'4" so a healthy bmi (25) for me is a weight of 10.5. However I was asking about maintenance because I am worried about the inevitable slight rise in weight that will come once I start eating more freely. I will be happy with about just over 10 so I guess I'll need to go down to 9.11 or so.
You have some lovely events to look forward to. I have work and more work, alas - not very motivating deary IT. But I must admit I am finding this last bit hard. In part my motivation is flagging (size 12/14 which is OK and doesn't make the mirror crack), in part my lack of socialising is beginning to be a problem - and going out a little more means eating and drinking alas - and finally my body is just not losing it as fast as it was initially.
I know however if I don't persevere this time I will never do it - and this is the very last time I am going to put myself in the position of becoming overweight. My health and general fitness level is so much improved since losing nearly four stones. And I feel a lot more relaxed in my own skin.
(I've even bought some hiking boots - the outdoors is beckoning).
As I've said earlier, I am so impressed with you, especially over the past six weeks where you have been that much more disciplined than me. Good luck.
