    Ok so far really uping my water, but as a consequence my toilet roll bill has also increased!!! Hee Hee.

    How are you going with those 28 packets of Thai Chilli soup?????? Fed up with it yet :D

    That was my very very favourite soup for the first few weeks, then I went off it completely!!!

    Oh my goodness last night I was feeling cold I couldn't get sleep until Islept with 2 hot water bottle.Is everyone felt like this in week 3 or I'm the only one.

    Hello ... I'm doing ok. I have felt a bit hungrier over the last couple of days but I have barely been drinking 1l of water so I need to up that. Apart from that all is well. How are you?

    Don't worry you will have lost!! Sarah said the same thing last week and she lost 5lbs. :D
